Your Community, Our Commitment

At Stevens, we are committed to supporting the communities where we live and work. Whether it’s community service initiatives, being environmentally friendly or helping support the fight against cancer, we’re making a big difference in the world around us.

Committed to families

girls at Keaton's Korrall at Give Kids The WorldStevens Worldwide Van Lines is incredibly humbled to support children with critical illnesses and their families.

For families with a child battling a critical illness, schedules often become filled with doctor appointments, hospital visits, and medical treatments. Give Kids The World Village, a nonprofit resort in Central Florida, offers these families week-long, cost-free vacations to take a much-needed break and spend time together.

The van line sponsors horseback riding at the resort’s “Keaton’s Korral,” allowing children of all abilities to experience the joy of riding a horse during their vacation.

“At Give Kids The World, guests can forget about the day-to-day challenges they face and just laugh and play together as a family,” said Jessica Mueller, Give Kids The World spokesperson. “Keaton’s Korral is one great example of the joys they can experience during their stay.”

In fact, that focus on family and changing lives for the better is what drew Stevens to get involved with the nonprofit.Give Kids The World logo

“We were inspired to sponsor horseback riding at Give Kids The World when Keaton, a Give Kids The World wish child, spoke at our annual partnership conference,” said Mark Kirschner, Stevens Worldwide Van Lines CEO. “The attraction is called Keaton’s Korral because of the boy’s passion for the nonprofit and the impact it had on his life.”

Apex Moving and Storage food driveStevens Worldwide Van Lines is committed to helping the fight against hunger through our relationship with Move For Hunger.

For more than 100 years, Stevens has been dedicated to helping families move. We often see unwanted items being thrown away, including non-perishable food. Our commitment to Move For Hunger makes it easier than ever for customers to donate unwanted food items when moving.

There is no better way to give back to the community you’ve called home than donating non-perishable food items. It’s as easy as:

  1. Setting aside items you’re planning to donate
  2. Notifying your Stevens representative
  3. Leaving the rest to us

Committed to the Fight Against Breast Cancer

Pink National Breast Cancer Foundation truckWe are committed to bringing awareness to the fight against breast cancer.

Statistics indicate that one in eight women will develop breast cancer, and one out of three Americans knows someone who has or has had breast cancer.

Stevens Worldwide Van Lines moves thousands of families each year and has hundreds of employees and agents. Many of our valued customers as well as our own colleagues and friends are impacted by the disease.

Stevens’ commitment to bringing awareness to this disease is evident by our pink moving truck, which features a bright color scheme and ribbon symbols. Stevens donates to the National Breast Cancer Foundation® (NBCF) for each mile of service the truck travels. Our commitment goes even further than the pink truck travels: each time we move a family, we make a donation to the NBCF on their behalf. We have contributed the funds to provide hundreds of mammograms and hours of research dedicated to finding a cure.
